Welcome to AuraShine. By downloading, accessing, or using the Aura Shine application, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Use of the App

AuraShine is designed to provide journaling, mindfulness, breathing exercises, calming music, and wellness-related content for personal use only.

You agree to use the app responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use the AuraShine application.

User Content

Any journal entries, reflections, or content you create within Aura Shine remain your property.

You are responsible for the content you create and store within the app.

Premium Subscription

AuraShine may offer optional Premium subscriptions that provide access to additional features and content.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

Subscription pricing and billing terms are displayed before purchase.

Journal Entries

The number of journal entries that can be stored depends on your subscription plan.

• Free users: Up to 30 journal entries can be stored at a time.
• Premium users: Up to 2,000 journal entries can be stored at a time.

If you reach your storage limit, you can delete existing journal entries to create space for new ones.

Journal entries are retained based on your subscription plan.

• Free users: Journal entries are retained for up to 90 days.
• Premium users: Journal entries are retained for up to 180 days.

Journal entries older than the applicable retention period may be permanently deleted as part of our regular data retention process.

If your Premium subscription ends, your journal entry storage limits and retention period may change in accordance with your current subscription plan and any applicable grace period.

Breathing Activity

AuraShine's breathing activity is intended for relaxation purposes only. Please breathe at a pace that feels comfortable. If you experience any discomfort, return to your normal breathing and stop the activity.

Wellness Disclaimer

AuraShine is intended for wellness, mindfulness, and self-reflection purposes only.

The app is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact a qualified healthcare professional or emergency services.

Intellectual Property

All app content, branding, graphics, logos, and software associated with AuraShine are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission.

Limitation of Liability

AuraShine is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AuraShine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
